At AGNT, we understand that cancellations can occur, and we strive to protect both talent and event organizers. Our clear cancellation and refund policy is designed to meet the needs of both parties.

By accepting the cancellation policy, you agree to its terms and conditions, which must be reviewed before booking a talent. The talent's cancellation policy can be found on their profile and within the booking summary when making a booking offer. Here are the available cancellation policies:

  1. Very Flexible: Full refund if canceled 48 hours before event start time. After that, no refund.

  2. Flexible: Full refund if canceled 14 days before event start time. If booked within 2 weeks, full refund within 72 hours of booking. After that, the deposit is kept.

  3. Moderate: Full refund if canceled 28 days before event start time. After that, the deposit and any payments are kept, with possible additional fees if canceled within 7 days of the event.

  4. Strict: Full refund if canceled within 72 hours of booking acceptance. After that, the deposit is kept if canceled within 7 days of the event, and full payment is kept if canceled fewer than 7 days before the event.

Refunds

All refunds are typically processed within 2 business days. However, it can take up to 5 business days if there are any issues or disputes. Refunds are only entertained and automated as per cancellation policy applicable against bookings.


Note: AGNT collects processing fee (transaction fee) to process your payments when a payment is made, this fee is not refunded as it is absorbed by the e-merchant payment processor.
