How it Works
If a talent cancels:
In the rare event that your talent cancels, we’ll refund the full amount immediately and work quickly to find a replacement so your event can proceed as planned. You don’t have to worry about scrambling for last-minute solutions—we’ve got you covered.If you’re not satisfied with the talent’s performance:
Should the talent fail to meet the agreed terms, arrive late, or underperform, you can request a refund. We’ll gather information from both you and the talent to understand the situation. If we can’t reach a resolution with the talent, we will issue you a full refund in most cases. Our goal is to make sure the quality of service you receive meets your expectations.Receiving your refund:
Refunds are processed directly to the payment method used when booking. You’ll receive your money back as soon as the refund is approved.
Requirements
The booking must be completed and paid for through AGNT. If the booking or payment occurred outside of our platform, we won’t be able to process a refund.
To request a refund, tap "Report an Issue" in the booking details or email our support team at [email protected]. You must submit a formal statement explaining the issue.
The refund request must be submitted within 48 hours after the event has concluded.
It’s essential that the details in your booking (such as date and time) are accurate at the time of the talent’s performance to ensure eligibility for a refund.
