At AGNT, we offer a wide range of support services to ensure that all users have a seamless experience while using our platform. If you ever encounter any issues or have questions, our dedicated support team is always ready to assist you. Here are some of the services we offer however, we are not limited to these:

  1. Bookings: If you have any questions or issues related to bookings, our Bookings team is here to help. They can assist you with finding the right talent for your event, completing the booking process, and guiding you through AGNT policies and terms.

  2. Talent Profiles: If you're a talent and have questions or concerns regarding your profile, our our support team can assist you. They can help you with updating your profile, improving your reputation on AGNT, and resolving any issues related to your talent profile including other users associated to your talent profile.

  3. Payments: Our Payments team can assist you with any questions or issues related to payments, invoices, or refunds. They can help you with making payments, updating your payment method, and resolving any payment-related issues.

  4. Event Management: If you're an organizer and have questions or concerns related to managing your event on AGNT, our support team can help. They can guide you through the event management process, provide you with information on the tools available, and assist you with any issues that arise during the event and even helping you manage it.

  5. Finding Talents: If you're an organizer and need assistance with finding the right talent for your event, our support team is here to help. They can help you search for the right talent based on your event requirements, provide you with suggestions, and assist you with the booking process.

  6. Account: If you have any questions or concerns related to your AGNT account, our our support team can assist you. They can help you with updating your account

    information, resetting your password, and resolving any issues related to your account.

  7. Feedback and Rating: All feedback and ratings are final and cannot be changed however, if you have any questions or concerns related to feedback and ratings, our support team can assist you. They can help you understand how feedback and ratings work on AGNT, assist you with leaving feedback and ratings, and resolve any issues related to feedback and ratings.

To contact AGNT Support, you can either fill out the support form or use the chat feature available on our platform. Once you have contacted us, we will create a support ticket for your issue, and one of our dedicated support agents will assist you until your issue is resolved. We strive to provide timely and effective support to all our users, and we are always looking for ways to improve our support services.

Note: AGNT support team does not provide staffing services, virtual assistance, event managers, or talent managers from its team as a service. AGNT is a platform for connecting and engaging organizers with talents, and the support service scope only covers assisting with facilitation on what the platform has to offer. The team is not involved in the selection or management of talents, and any communication with talents and organizers should be conducted through the AGNT platform directly.
