Acting on behalf of a Talent
Acting on behalf of a Talent
Updated over a year ago

We understand that managing multiple Talent profiles can be a challenging task for professionals such as managers, agents, or representatives. At AGNT, we want to make sure that you have the ability to efficiently manage the profiles of the talents you represent. However, it's essential to note that you can only act on behalf of a Talent if their profile is complete and accurate.

  1. Create a Talent Profile: The first step is to create a Talent Profile for the person you are representing. Ensure that all the necessary information, including the talent's name, contact information, and portfolio, is included in the profile.

  2. Get Permission: You must have written permission from the talent to act on their behalf. This can be in the form of a signed agreement or contract.

  3. Sign in to AGNT: Sign in to AGNT using the talent's account details. If they don't have an account, create one for them.

  4. Accept Bookings: As an authorized representative of the talent, you can accept bookings on their behalf. Be sure to communicate any important details to the talent regarding the booking.

  5. Manage Payments: You can manage payments for the talent through AGNT's payment system. Ensure that you have the necessary permissions and authorization from the talent to manage their finances.

Remember that you cannot act as a talent if your own information is not part of the talent profile. However, you can act as a manager, talent agency, or representative provided that the talent profile has all the talent's information that you are representing.
