To help AGNT run smoothly and to market its talent base on the web, we charge a service fee when a booking is confirmed and collect at the time of payout disbursement.

At AGNT, we're dedicated to providing a seamless and secure experience for both event organizers and talents. To help sustain, market talents, and continually improve our platform, we charge a service fee on each booking. Here's a detailed explanation of how our service fee structure works.

The service fee is a percentage of the total booking amount that is deducted from the talents only. For almost all bookings, the service fee is set at 20%. When the talent is submitting a bid or receive booking invite, they will be able to see the total booking amount, the service fee and their estimated payout amount.

How is the Service Fee Collected?

The service fee is collected directly from the talent's payout after successful booking completion. If the event is canceled by talent or a refund is issued because the talent's inability to fulfil their booking contract obligation, AGNT does not collect its service fee. However, if the organizer cancels a confirmed booking, in that case service fee will be charged by AGNT.
