Welcome to AGNT, a platform that connects event organizers with talents around the world.
Step 1: Sign up for AGNT
The first step is to sign up on AGNT. You can do this by downloading our AGNT App. Once you have downloaded the app, create an account by tapping on the "Get Started" button and selecting your preferred social account.
You'll be asked for basic information such as your name, add a photo, enter a default location and add phone number.
Step 2: Create an Event
Once you have signed up for AGNT, the next step is to create an Event. Your Event is the platform where you'll be able to book talents and manage all your event-related activities.
To create an Event, follow these steps:
Log in to AGNT and tap on the + icon at the bottom to "Create New Event"
On the List Your Event screen, fill in the required information, such as the Event name, location, event date and time, and event type. You can optionally enter an event end time to specify event duration.
There are other additional options you can also choose to specify such as; A/V requirements, ticketing, age restrictions, Merch, and Stages.
The next page of Talent Preferences will ask you to to specify whether you'd like talents to bid or if you'd like to make it private where you'll be the one to invite talents to bid on your event.
Additionally, you will also choose your budget.
Optionally select preferred talent type and further opt for premium talents only and/or verified talents only as added options.
Make sure your event details are accurate and up-to-date, as this will help you attract the right talent for your event. That's it, your event has been published.
Step 3: Browse and Book Talents
Now that your Event is set up, you can start browsing and booking talents on AGNT. To do this, go to the "Event" tab and select the event you've published.
Tap on "Book a Talent" through the available talents. You can filter talents by location, talent type, and sub genre to find the ones that are right for your event.
When you find a talent you're interested in, tap on their profile to see their details, such as their booking rate, availability, and samples of their work. If you're interested in booking the talent, tap on the "Book Now" button to send your booking request to the talent.
When sending a booking request you'll be asked to submit an "Offer Amount" to the talent, specify offer expiry time and optionally you can leave a note to the talent.
Finally specify payment terms for the booking, whether you'd like to deposit a portion of the total offer amount upfront or total. Note that payment terms may vary based on AGNT's policies since AGNT does not support the option of partial payments for events starting soon. That's it, you are all set to submit a booking request to the talent. The talent will be immediately notified to respond. You can also chat with the talent in the "Inbox" tab.
Step 4: Confirm the Booking
If the talent is interested in your event, they will either send you a message to confirm the booking. Make sure to respond promptly and professionally to their messages, and provide any additional information or materials they may request.
Once the booking is confirmed, the AGNT will generate an invoice to pay for their services.
Make sure to pay the invoice on time to confirm the booking.
If your deposit terms are not 100% then you'll be notified to pay the deposit ahead of schedule.
Step 5: Manage your Event
Now that your event is booked, you can manage it on AGNT and invite more talents to perform.
