In the unlikely event that a talent does not show up for a confirmed booking, it’s important to follow the appropriate steps to address the situation effectively.
Attempt to Contact the Talent:
First, try to reach out to the talent directly using the contact information provided on AGNT. There might be a valid reason for their delay or absence.
Document the Situation:
Keep a record of all communication attempts with the talent, including phone calls, text messages, and emails. This documentation will be important if you need to escalate the issue.
Report to AGNT Support:
If the talent is unresponsive and does not show up within a reasonable time frame, contact AGNT support immediately. Report the situation, providing all relevant details and any documentation of your communication attempts.
At the time of Event, you will see a prompt asking you to Confirm Booking Completion, tap on Report an Issue which will notify AGNT support team and will take necessary actions to assist you.
