At AGNT, we understand that circumstances may arise where you wish to delete your account and associated data. We respect your privacy and are here to assist you with this process. Please follow the steps below to request the deletion of your AGNT account:
Step 1: Log In
Log in to your AGNT account using your credentials. If you're already logged in, skip all the steps below and scroll to the bottom of this page to submit your request.
Step 2: Navigate to Account Settings
Click on your profile icon or username in the button-right corner of the screen to open the menu. From the menu, select "Help Center".
Step 3: Access Account Deletion Collection
Within the list of Article Collection, find Account Deletion request. This may be labeled as "Delete My Account" or something similar.
Step 4: Review Deletion Information
Before proceeding, you may be presented with information regarding what happens when your account is deleted. This may include details about data retention and the impact on your bookings or other AGNT-related activities. Please review this information carefully.
Step 5: Request Deletion
To proceed with the account deletion request, click on the provided link or button. You may be asked to confirm your decision.
Step 6: Verification
For security purposes, AGNT may require you to verify your identity. AGNT may reach out to you via email to verify your information.
Data Deletion and Retention:
When you request the deletion of your AGNT account, the following types of data will be deleted:
Personal information such as your contact details, payment information.
Booking history and associated data.
Profile specifics and preferences.
Some data may be retained for a limited period to meet legal or regulatory requirements. This data will not be accessible or used for any other purpose.
AGNT will not retain your data for longer than necessary, and we take data privacy seriously.
It would take 48 to 72 hours before your account is deleted.
Note: The account deletion process may take some time to complete. We always verify that your account does not have any standings or pending action items before it could be deleted. Therefore, your account will be reviewed and you may be requested to resolve any pending actions. After your account and associated data have been deleted, you will no longer have access to your AGNT account or any booking history. Recovering lost information will not be possible in future.
