Requesting Account Deletion on AGNT

At AGNT, we understand that circumstances may arise where you wish to delete your account and associated data. We respect your privacy and are here to assist you with this process. Please follow the steps below to request the deletion of your AGNT account:

Step 1: Log In

Log in to your account using your credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to Account

Click on your profile icon at the button-right corner of the screen to open Account.

Step 3: Go To User Account

The first information you see is your name at the top of Account page, tap on it and you'll land on Edit Profile page.

Step 4: Request and Review Deletion

Scroll down on the Edit Profile page and you'll find the very last option there, Delete Account. Review the prompt and select Delete Account button one more time.

Step 5: Verification

For security purposes, AGNT may require you to verify your identity. AGNT may reach out to you via email to verify your information.

Data Deletion and Retention:

  • When you request the deletion of your AGNT account, the following types of data will be deleted:

    • Personal information such as your contact details, payment information.

    • Booking history and associated data.

    • Profile specifics and preferences.

  • Some data may be retained for a limited period to meet legal or regulatory requirements. This data will not be accessible or used for any other purpose.

  • AGNT will not retain your data for longer than necessary, and we take data privacy seriously.

It would take 48 to 72 hours before your account is deleted.

Note: The account deletion process may take some time to complete. We always verify that your account does not have any standings or pending action items before it could be deleted. Therefore, your account will be reviewed and you may be requested to resolve any pending actions. After your account and associated data have been deleted, you will no longer have access to your AGNT account or any booking history. Recovering lost information will not be possible in future.
