All bookings and payments are made through the AGNT platform, which is designed to provide a safe and secure environment. To ensure trust and accountability, AGNT verifies the identity of both parties by requiring government-issued ID and other personal information. Once a booking is made, a detailed contract outlining the terms and conditions, including payment and cancellation policies, is automatically generated and confirmed electronically by both parties.
