As a talent on AGNT, getting paid for your gigs is an essential part of your success. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to get paid:

Step 1: Ensure that you have added a payout method to your talent profile settings. You can do this by logging in to your AGNT account, going to your Talent tab, selecting your Talent Profile, and navigating to the Settings section. From there, you can add your payout method, a direct deposit bank account (Manage Talent menu > Talent Name > Settings > Payout Method).

Step 2: Once your gig is confirmed by the event organizer, AGNT will generate an invoice for the deposit amount (depending on the payment terms it could be the full amount). Whether the booking amount is fully paid or partial, AGNT makes those funds available only after event completion date.

Step 3: After the event is completed, AGNT provides Organizers 3 days to review and confirm if everything is in order. AGNT then initiates the process of disbursements, processing funds to your payout method on file.

Step 4: The process time for disbursements is usually between 5 to 7 business days from the time of event completed. However, payout timeline can be more depending on the payout method you have chosen and the country.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your payout method is up-to-date and accurate. If you fail to provide accurate and up-to-date information, AGNT cannot be held responsible for any delays or failed payments. Failed payments are reprocessed and can take upto 15 business days in case of incorrect payout information.

Additionally, if there are any disputes or issues with the event organizer or an event organizer may have initiated a dispute, AGNT may hold the funds until a resolution has been reached. If the dispute cannot be resolved, the funds may be returned to the event organizer. Review Dispute policies for more details.
