Talent Contract
Updated over a week ago

As an organizer, it's important to understand that booking and hiring a talent through AGNT constitutes a contractual agreement between you and the talent. Although we don't use the term "contract" pronounced in our platform, the agreement against a booking still holds the same level of importance and commitment as any other formal agreement.

When you make a booking offer to a talent or accept a bid, you're agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth by the talent's cancellation policy, as well as any additional terms you both agree upon including AGNT's terms of use. These terms are binding and require both parties to fulfill their obligations.

It's crucial to read and understand the details of the booking before making an offer or accepting a bid. This includes the event details, talent fee, and any additional terms and conditions. It's also important to communicate clearly with the talent to ensure that you both understand and agree on the terms of the booking.

Once a booking is confirmed, you're responsible for making the agreed-upon deposit within the specified time-frame. Failure to do so could result in cancellation of the booking by the talent or AGNT, and could result in financial penalties.

In the event that you need to cancel the booking, it's important to do so within the terms set by the talent's cancellation policy. Failure to do so could result in loss of deposit or full payment to the talent, depending on the policy. It's also important to communicate the cancellation as soon as possible to minimize any inconvenience or financial impact on the talent.

By understanding that booking and hiring a talent through AGNT is a contractual agreement, you can ensure that both you and the talent are protected and can fulfill your obligations. Clear communication, attention to details, and adherence to the terms of the booking are essential to a successful and positive experience for both parties.
