- Once a booking is confirmed, it acts as a contract between the organizer and the talent/vendor. The vendor reviewed and accepted the terms (date, time, and venue) as they were originally published.
- Changing these details would require creating a new event post and rebooking the same talent for the updated details.
1. If No Payments Were Made for the Same Event:
- We recommend that you cancel the previous booking and then cancel the event entirely.
- This ensures that all payments, invoices, and records are correctly aligned with the updated event details.
2. If Payments Have Been Partially or Fully Made:
- Notify AGNT Customer Support immediately about the changes.
- Communicate the changes (date, time, or venue) to the talent/vendor and ensure they understand and acknowledge the update via inbox.
